Reshaping Pregnancy Belly
Pregnancy puts us out of shape and getting our body back to previous takes some time and effort.
We’ve designed specific exercises to reduce diastasis recti, also called postnatal belly.
There will be 2 trainers in each session -( one instructing and the other observing how you are performing it ) to avoid any exercise errors.
It’s a 10 week online challenge program to tone your belly and shape your curves.
The initial sessions last 15 min and gradually, they go upto 60 min in 10 weeks.
There will also be follow up calls every week to evaluate your progression.
