Lamaze Classes

Lamaze helps you to practice conditioning your body to reply to labour pain through relaxed exhaling techniques.

This is done in 6 sessions which include birth education, progressive breathing and practicing birthing positions.

Details of what we provide in each class:

Session 1: Body balancing and understanding breathing rhythm
Session 2: Baby visualization and feeling baby’s activity in the womb with each breath
Session 3: Finding the best labour position as per your body type
Session 4: Learning skills to cope with labour, cleansing breath and back massage techniques
Session 5: Birthing partner pain perception by using labour pain machine and understanding different stages of labour and learning how to cope with each stage
Session 6: Breathing and labour positions for effective push practice
