Back Pain
Pregnancy induced back pain is one of the most common complaints that mothers have.
Understanding the nature of discomfort- strain, stretch,baby position, cramp etc is important because this will indicate which type of solution we should go for.
Some of the techniques we use at Herwellness are:
1. Body work to align posture.
2. Activate weak muscles by simple mobilization.
3. Identify painful trigger points and release pain immediately.
4. Home exercises and stretches to reduce further discomfort.
5. We also make sure the pain does not interfere with the natural birthing path.
