Baby Navigation

During preganancy both you and your baby are in sync and grow together. When the time of delivery approaches, the mother’s birth canal needs to open up for birth and the baby should turn head down and rotate to find the birth canal.

Sometimes, this doesn’t happen naturally.

That’s when we come into picture.

We assist the mother’s body and baby for easier, faster and successful vaginal delivery.

If the baby is not aligned by 32nd week, we start pelvic alignment and body balancing exercises to bring the baby into the desired cephalic position with the baby facing the mother’s back(Occiput anterior position)

Usually, we wait till the 36th week for the baby and mother to come to the right alignment for birth.

If the alignment doesn’t happen even after 36 weeks, we start with exercises, positions and muscle release techniques to assist the baby to align well.

This takes 1-2 weeks normally.

If the baby is engorged in the pelvis, we start deep stretching exercises and guidance for different labour positions for an easier birthing experience.
